Nuvary Subscription Terms & Automatic Refill Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Nuvary, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a product, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription.

One-Time Purchase Option

Customers who wish to try our products without enrolling in a subscription may select the One-Time Purchase option, where available, before completing checkout. Subscription products are clearly identified during the purchasing process, and customers are responsible for reviewing their selected purchase option prior to placing their order.

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have intentionally selected the subscription option rather than the available one-time purchase option.

Frequency and Amount

You will be billed every 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days depending on the delivery frequency selected at checkout. The amount charged will be the price displayed during checkout and may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Please note that discounts applied to your initial order may not apply to future subscription renewals unless otherwise stated.

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next renewal order, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Renewal Reminder

As a courtesy, we will send a reminder email 3 days before your next subscription renewal is processed. This reminder will include details of your upcoming order and provides you with the opportunity to review, modify, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate and to monitor your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for renewal notifications. Failure to receive or read the reminder email does not alter your subscription renewal date or our cancellation deadlines.

Subscription Modifications

You may pause, skip, reschedule, or modify the frequency of your subscription at any time through your subscription portal or by contacting our support team.

Any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that renewal cycle.

Refunds on Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewal orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for refund. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
